I just won a giveaway for: http://store.steampowered.com/app/260309/
But the one that was activated was: http://store.steampowered.com/app/287371/

Should I inform the giveaway creator that it is the wrong one? Seems to be a number of DLC's and packages that can be easily mixed up.

EDIT: I've asked the GA creator to submit a ticket to ask support to change the AppID that the giveaway links to before I can mark it as received.
EDIT2: All good, DLC changed by support.

Hello. This is me. I think I mixed the Bundle with the DLCs. The Western Front Armies includes OKW and US, right? May I sent you the US Forces as Gift?

Thanks for the reply. Either way, support may have to change the AppID your giveaway links to or it will show as an unactivated win. If you provide the other one then it might have to be changed to: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/40569/

Otherwise the other option is to change it to just the one item from the package: http://store.steampowered.com/app/287371/

I would probably recommend creating a ticket with the category of Change Giveaway Game and choose http://store.steampowered.com/app/287371/

Done. Thanks. Please, accept my friend request and my gift for the inconvenience.

But if he gives you the remaining DLC, then the two DLCs will qualify as the Western Front Armies Double Pack, so he doesn't have to change anything.

Not sure, but maybe if you active the two DLC rather than bundle, then sgtools, for example, it will show as unactivated win. I really don't know it.

I think he will be fine, because the Western Front Armies has SubID, since it's a pack, while Oberkommando and US Forces have AppID. SGTools checks for AppID, but gift him the remaining DLC, and ask him to confirm it with SGTools. He can also check it, if he checks the Store page after he activated it. The store page also suggests that the two DLCs (Oberkommando and US Forces) can be bought seperately, so in theory once he activates the remaining DLC, both of you can move on.

He just sent me a gift for the US forces, so I now have the items in this pack: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/40569/
But the GA originally linked to http://store.steampowered.com/app/260309/ which does not show me as owning.

Well, all right. I'm glad it was sorted out. And wow, fast response from support, you are lucky, enjoy the game(s)!

It's also not a good idea to make up packages with separate keys as the packages can have additional content added later / be changed.
