Summer Sale Dilemma

Well, the thing is now there is "Skullgirls" on the flash sales, and "Final Fantasy VII" by votes, and I don't know what to do. The situation is:

  • I'm quite interested in Skullgirls, but my controller is broken and I can't get a new one until next month (or so). Playing a fighting game with the keyboard sucks for me.

  • I like Final Fantasy VII, but I remember that it has been even cheaper in past summer sales. Besides, FFVII isn't exactly a new game for me xD

So, I don't know if I should buy one of them anyway or wait and see how the Sales develop (buying the two of them is not a option, there are other games I'm interested and I don't want to spend all my money xD). So, what are your thoughs?

UPDATE: After listening your opinions and some thoughs, I decided to get Skullgirls + Squigly DLC. I realised that buying this two is just a bit more expensive than FFVII, so it's a better deal =). Thank you all =D

FF7 hasn't been cheaper than this on Steam, just some other sites which may or may not sell in your country. Check out isthereanydeal.com

Are you sure? I could swear I've seen it around 3'50€ or so in last year sale. Well, seems that It's not going to get any lower this year, just my luck xD

Not true,the one with monthly subscription was FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn and FINAL FANTASY XI

Luckily it hasn't. Sincerely, I don't like games with monthly subscription, it doesn't make sense for me. I mean, if I have already paid for the game, the pc/console and the internet I consume, why should I pay every moth? What for? But I don't intend to create a debate here, just a little free rant ;P

Sale rules:

  • 1) buy tf2 keys
  • 2) contact a russian trader
  • 3) get the game(s) cheaper and enjoy.

Buy both, and also Skullgirls DLCs, at least the character. If choosing from these 2, I would buy Skullgirls + character DLC from a Russian trader.

I'd go Skullgirls personally, because yeah, FF7 has been cheaper, and also you'll get about 90c worth of cards out of Skullgirls - which could end up with you having enough wallet credit at the end of the summer sales to buy FF7 anyway :P

FFVII is not likely to be in a bundle ever but Skullgirls is a Indie and most indies goes in bundles...
