yes i have lots of games from bundles, most time i just buy a bundle couse of one or 2 games i want . all the other games most times i dont like so i dont play. only if there tc´s i play it or if its boring i try the one or other. but the most games on steam and so in bundles are really crap games. some games unplayble or so bad that you cant play more as 5 min. :/

i don't know if this is just me or everyone else but i just get in the same routine of playing the same game. when i go to branch out to another game on my library i play it for a little while and say i will go back to it later and i eventually uninstall it and never do. but that's just me .

Finished 47 out of 467, on steam alone, then there's GOG, physical copies, and my consoles. But i'm getting there.
I think Demon souls and Dark souls on PS3 are the ones i wasted more time, but i think its still nothing compared to the usual 500 hours people have on games like TF2 or Dota

Once you hit about 500, there's not stopping it. The next 1000 just fly by.

I have more disposable money than disposable time. Some deals seem too good to pass up, but when I start playing the game I have no problem shutting it off if it's not fun.

Something sounds really interesting so I pick it up/bid for it, but then when I have time to play it's limited and the idea of trying to learn something new is much more intimidating than picking up something old and comfortable for the time I have to play.

Some people just want a lot of games for collecting and/or trading cards as part of building their Steam 'enterprise', I'm sure most of us do try to play a variety of them too (personally I'd rather giveaway games I know I'll never play) and in the long run people will usually stick to those they like a lot, while still getting some nice experiences from the cheaper bundle/indie titles once in a while.
When I was younger there was time to play games as they were released, nowadays there are so many games around that even if you have no life at all (literally out of work and school) you would only be able to play a small subset of them, so for the people that own more than they can play, there really isn't much of a choice (assuming they still want to own the games for aforementioned collector reasons).

Sometimes people collect, sometimes people like getting deals, or they like trading in general. Some people like variety and options to choose from too. Sometimes you just feel like binge playing one game, then you binge buy several ones on bundles or sales cause you never know when you'll wanna play em.

For me it's because Steam forgot some of my playtime and I also sometimes play my Steam games outside of Steam whenever I am recording videos. But also because I have too many games and not enough free time.
Idling for Steam cards sure gives me a lot of hours on games I've never played though =p

Also, not all of use have high speed internet. Personally, I can barely download a game in two whole nights.
Downloading all of my games would take quite a long time, wouldn't it?

If you know you gonna buy a game in ridiculously low prices why not buying it?Digital copies ain't capture any space if you add them on your library.

Collecting as much steam games as possible is become a habit with a lot of people on earth !!!
Somebody is trader, the quantity of their game library is a way to impress people !!! Do you believe to trade with a guy level zero, have 1 game (DOTA 2) on his/her library; or a guy lv 2x, 3x, xxx, with a ton of games on their library !
Sorry for my bad english !

Bundles, packs, etc. A good number of the games in my library are games I will never play and feel no remorse never playing. However, I usually grab them because I want some of the other games, and the other game is essentially just a free rider.

There are people with over 500 games, and they have a "top" game with tons of hours played, usually TF2 or another Valve game, then a few with over 10 hours, then like 10 or 20 with less than 3 hours, and the rest is left unplayed. Why do they want so many games if they aren't gonna spend a reasonable amount of time playing them?
Edit: I don't mean just having lots of unplayed games, that happens to me too. I mean people who seem to solely play their star game, be it TF2, CS:GO or whatever, and play almost nothing else other than that one game.
Also, RIP IN PIZZA MY INBOX PLS STOP
