"Look behind you! A three-headed monkey!"

Hello everybody!
First of all I want to thank you all for this marvellous community, it's only two months I'm here and I already feel like home.
In the last days I've been thinking a lot about creating a train with a specific theme: the graphic adventures. I'm a longstanding graphic adventure's enthusiast and I simply love the good old point-and-click games... I've started with the Lucas Arts games (Monkey Island and Loom are definitely my favourites) a lot of years ago and since then I played almost every game present in this train (with only one big exception, but you'll know why reading the last game's description).
A big thank you to LostSoulVL that explained me step-by-step how to create a train: you had a ton of patience, mate! I really appreciated your help.
Here and there you'll find some QTE's games: they're not properly graphic adventures but I enjoyed a lot of them too (especially the Telltale games).
Last but not least: can you name in the comments your favourite graphic adventures? Maybe I could use some of your suggestions and add some new games to my wishlist.
Are you ready for this long train? It's the first one I created, so I hope I haven't made any mess. It's for level 3+ (except for the last three games that are lvl 4+) and it's protected with Sgtools. It will last one week.

ENJOY THE RIDE!

Thanks to Nudiustertian we have an extra cart for this train!

So what exactly is graphic adventure? Like, point and click? I didn't really play any of new releases, or like Steam releases (other than Deponia and The Cat Lady, I suppose! Cat lady was great)
I looove King's quest, Leisure Suit Larry, The Castle of Dr. Brain, Darkseed and Uninvited. And bunch of czech adventures that I played when I was little but there is only In Raven's Shadow on steam afaik (kinda sad!) I have "great" memories about 7 dní a 7 nocí - it's like LSL kinda, and I played it when I was little and then I found out what it was all about and I threw it out of a window because my pareents couldn't be responsible enough to not let me play it. xD

It'¡s what you'll call "point and click", basically.

I explain it here, if you're interested. :)
Short version, it's an older term for the same concept.

Bump for this amazing ride!! Thanks for such a high quality train!

My favorites... it's hard to pick but most recently I'd say Kathy Rain, Shardlight and Thimbleweed park. From the old ones, Maniac Mansion and Day of the Tentacle were my fav.

I'll throw a name out here that sadly didn't get that much attention back when it was released and has never been re-released so far:
Woodruff and the Schnibble of Azimuth or The Bizarre Adventures of Woodruff and the Schnibble for NA

Review

This one really had a strange humor but I just liked it :D
Don't actually know if it's my favourite adventure, but def. was the first one I really played. :)
Could get a used versions on ebay/amazon for 10$+ but no idea if they still work on modern machines or for french speakers it appears to be here and it's on gog's wishlist...though no idea what that actually means :D

I can't believe it! You just recommended one of the oddest and enjoyable graphic adventure I've ever tried! I played it so many times back in the days... Unfortunately, it seems I won't never see a porting on Steam. :(

However, I already got a boxed version of this game...and I thought to make a picture of it right now, for no apparent reason XD
