Cancelled Givaway, now can't create any!!!

I cancelled two giveaways an hour or so after I made my profile on the site and now I cant create any. I filled out a support ticket right away but this was over two weeks ago and still nothing has been done. One moderator commented and told me to be patient and I was, for two weeks. I just don't understand whats going on. Anyone else have this issue?

Oh and when I try to create a giveaway this is what it says:

"The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts"

I guess I'll have to keep on waiting but the question is if anyone else has gone over there limit and cancelled, how long it took support to rectify the situation?

If you delete a giveaway it remains on your profile and doesn't free up your number of allowed giveaway to create... Next time don't make fake giveaways

Shit, that means im out i guess. I didnt make fake giveaways, I just didn't understand the site. I know its pretty easy.....now but as I said I was only on here a few hours when I did it.

i deleted succesful giveaways , now can't create any . Support hasn't helped me till now :/

You can create a limited number of giveaways in a month based on how many $ worth of games you gave away or number of total giveaways you made (not sure). In your case, you can giveaway 3 games in a month. Now even if you delete a giveaway, that counter doesn't get reset since you still created the giveaway. So you have to wait a month to make your giveaways now.
