How to tell if a key is region restricted?

Hey all,

I have a key from a Humble Bundle to give away (it's a key for SOMA from the Humble Indie Bundle 19) but I don't know how to tell if it's region restricted. I tried searching the forums but I couldn't find a thread discussing this so I apologize if there's an obvious resource to check for this.

It seems that SOMA has no region restrictions based on this

i found if you click gift on the key you can tell as long as you havent revealed it yet
