The guy I am supposed to give the game to blocked me.

He blocked me on steam.

What do?

I sent him email with the thing to go get it.
How should I be give the humble bundle?

It's only been 2 or 3 days but I'd rather not wait a week.

If he blocked you, send him an email telling him to unblock you. If he doesn't respond in a few days, it's his fault.

Don't really care that he's blocked me.

I prefer actually adding them so I know they get it.

I did.
I added him once.

He never responded or added.

Sent him the email. He hasn't opened/used.

Supposedly Steam automatically makes a guy block you if you send him two friend requests in close succession. Thus at this point this hitch in communication might not be his fault, unless he ends up not replying to your email over the next couple of days.

It's not block, it's ignore. It'll go away soon enough and let you try to friend the person again, though.
