It doesn't have "a prince" so much as many princes. There are numerous royale families with kings that rule over regions or clans (except in the Mulsim parts, which have "emirs" instead). The children of kings are called princes - I'm not sure how many generations that title persists from there on. The central government, however, is not controlled by royalty as far as I know.

I think that may be how it actually works. After a few years, if you haven't done anything to get you kicked out, you automatically get promoted. Of course, this is coming from what I kind of remember my brother and dad telling me, so I could be wrong.

First of all, is he an army officer or a marine officer? They belong to two completely different branches of the US military.
Second, from what I know, after you finish your Iraqi tour, you go back home. You don't go to Afghanistan.
Third, Iraq was invaded in 2003. Why the hell will there be any money lying around 9 years later?
Fourth, no officer in the US military will speak such atrocious English.
