it's like a "text only" thing, for reading walls of texts without anything distracting you.
Apparently FF picks the message up as such wall of text.

what pm ? what you see , nothing weird with you browser. if you are talking about that thing like a book its for reading, you use it when you want to read the intended topic without other site features

And actually it picks one of the oldest replies from the page and marries it with the name of the most recent replyer.

If ya mouse-over it for like 1 second, it shows "reader view", so yeah. It is reader view.

So I just updated my ESR version of Firefox and now I get this icon in my address bar. Only on the SG messages page. It's some sort of PM but I've never seen it before and there's one message in there that's absolutely ancient.
Is this something that's browser-version-specific? Is there any way of getting to these messages that doesn't require some obscure browser feature?
