Should i mark as "not received"?

So i won Awesomenauts a week ago. The guy has not been on sg since he made the giveaway. I waited patiently, i have a huge backlog anyway so it's not like i was in any hurry to get the game. After 4 days i tried adding him on steam, he's been on almost daily there, but he has not accepted my friend request, i only wanted to know if he was actually going to make good on it or i should mark it as not received and move on. I'm not upset about it or anything but i do see it as dickish thing to do since i could have entered other giveaways for it in the week i waited for him to deliver it. It's not like it's his first giveaway and he does not know what to do, he's been a member for a year.

No? It's not necessarily fake just because he didn't deliver. As it is, the not received mark is the punishment for not sending.

If on the other hand the creator replied with something like: "No, I'm not giving the game at all. Never planned to give the game away" then yes report it.

Probably his homepage on his smartphone is set to Steam, that would mark him as active on Steam without him running the Steam app / playing the games...

I wouldn't care less :) Just saying, there is life outside of Steam and SG :)

He hasn't been on SG for a week either though; Last Online: 1 week ago
So he probably hasn't checked who won it yet, but I still agree to have marked as not received. He creates the giveaway to end at a certain time and as you said, he has been on steam daily. So he could have easily checked SG to check on his ended giveaway.

Some people are a bit strange ;)

Mark as not received. You could add him / leave a message on his Steam profile if that is possible politely reminding him about the game, but that's up to you.

If you do try and contact him be polite about it and if he does give you the game, then change the feedback to received.
