Steam Store Regions?

Just curious,

Is there a list anywhere that shows which countries are intended to purchase from specific Steam stores? For instance, which countries use the RU store as opposed to the Ukrainian store, or which EU countries us the UK store, and so on. Poland would be a good one by way of example. I have no idea which store they use.

I can tell that RU store is only for Russia. And Ukrainian store is for all CIS countries.
I can't find such list for other regions. You may check every country with "?cc=" option and compare to others.

I'm pretty sure the Aussies consider Germany, Brazil, and Japan to be "other."
