I don't know if part 2 will need to apply to these letters/numbers before we move on. Looks like ups and downs, so adjusting the values in some pattern, maybe? But a pattern of length 5 doesn't fit if these are taken as groups.

I'm pretty sure that part 2 gives only the information if a letter is upper or lowercase. Which tells us three things already. First, the solution of the puzzle will be a 5 character code. Second, the code will only consist of letters and no numbers. Third, the way to solve the puzzle is case insensitive. So any method differentiating between upper and lower case can be excluded.
I may still be wrong who knows. Will go to sleep soon anyway -_-

I have read the comments and do a bit of analysis, but no clue to proceed further. Well, it's very unlikely that any solver will provide hints - it will reduce their chance of winning, which is fair in my book.

So, I've made a few events every time making some simple challenge related to the event... and each time there have been people complaining it was too easy.
I tried to make them so anyone could finish using google and some time but due to all the complaints I've given up.
