Hello guys & gals of SG !

Sooooo I was looking at the wishlist of some groups and saw that a game I intended to create a giveaway for had been wishlisted by only one person. Of course, I could still create a GA for that game, hoping that more people would find it interesting but at the same time, I said to myself "hey that be great if I could simply click on the number and see who exactly has that game on their wishlist..." Why, you may ask? Because the though of simply giving that game to that one person did brush my mind. provided said person isn't the kind to wishlist everything for the sake of +1

As far as I know, the only way to know who's got that game on their wishlist is to look at every member's wishlist. ;__; I'm too freaking lazy for that.

If there's already a way to do that, a script or anything, please point me to that easy solution... because searching the forum didn't answer my question. Maybe I'm blind. Or drunk. Or both.

Would you like to have that feature implemented?

Yes, why not?
No... because I don't care about that / I wouldn't use such a feature / your ideas are terrible, please stop thinking. Kthxbai.

I am not aware of any such script, but there's a guy with 7k games in his wishlist who was complaining yesterday about not being able to sync that many games with the site correctly, so it was probably him.

There are scripts/websites that can do things like that for groups or your wishlist, but no idea for the whole site.

What game was it, if I may?

The game was Retro City Rampage DX... and I was more thinking about groups, not necessarily the whole site.

Like this? https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/wishlist This doesn't show numbers, but gives you an idea: the number 1 game is the most wishlisted title in the website, I think.

I think I might have failed to express myself correctly (sorry, I blame my poor grasp of the English language and alcohol)... when I look at a groups' wishlist, yes, I can see the numbers of people who've wishlisted a game, but I can't see who exactly wishlisted that game. And that's what I would like to know. Say, you check... let's say Beardtopia's wishlist, you see there are 28 peeps who have wishlisted... err let's say, Bad Rats... what I would love to, is to know who's got that game on their wishlist. Within that group. Apart from checking every member's wishlist of that group, I don't know of any other way to do that.

Well, whitelist... it's a start. ;) But my question/suggestion was really aimed at groups, not SG's whole site. Thanks for the two links you included in your reply, I'll keep an eye on GSLC for sure.

If you go to the group's SG page, you can see top wishlisted games there, under tools on the left

Hum, yeah, thanks but I already knew that and, frankly, that is not what I was asking for. ;) I thought the OP was pretty clear but maybe it isn't... Let's try it another way:

I'm part of Group A.
I'm checking Group A's wishlist
I see that 21 members of Group A have Game X on their wishlist
I'd like to know who are those 21 people who have wishlisted Game X
For now, the only way to see who has Game X on their wishlist is to check the wishlist of every member of Group A
Sighery pointed me to a script that does what I want, but only for whitelists and not for groups.
