I would just try adding them on Steam. There is a link to their Steam account under their profile picture. An email is probably fine as well, but if they don't recognize who it is from, they might not open it.

Also, there are no direct messages on this site, but if you find a comment they made anywhere, you can reply to that comment and they will get a notification that you replied to them. People will usually leave a comment thanking you for the giveaway, so once they activate the game, they may leave a comment on your giveaway and then you can respond that way.
If they don't leave a comment after activating the game, you could check their profile to see if they have created any giveaways and comment on one of those letting them know that you are trying to send them the DLC. I would give it some time before doing that though since they have 7 days to activate the game.

I did my first giveaway today, and thought it'd be nice to provide all the DLC for it.. so I put it in my post assuming I'd just blast a message with all the keys.. not realizing there was a static 1 draw 1 key for ga's. So my ga unfortunately is misrepresented to include all dlc, but they're individual keys.
I was provided with the winners email, so I reached out. I sent the main game via the website and offered to send him the DLC keys via email. Is there a better way for me to handle making this right? (yes, I know better for future now)
