IGN Prime Keys?

I signed up for the IGN Prime trial to get Rochard. I do not care for King Arthur, so am I allowed to create a giveaway to raffle off the key?

lol but really, yeah you can make a giveaway. Rochard and King Arthur aren't considered an exploited keys since it requires a credit card to get and is limited to one per credit card.
