important thing to note, games bought from third parties like G2A aren't refundable on steam

They clearly state you'll get no monetary refund and merely loose access to the game several times before actually issuing the request. There's no reason at all to use that method for non-Steam purchases now though as it's possible to use them yourself now.

you just disable/enable a product in your library, nothing else.

refund for keys... now i have no idea what's that.
