You are breaking the rules by calling out users. If it really bugs you, write a support ticket to Loko.

1) 1 Entry Giveaways don't count

2) What about the people who make puzzles/chat giveaways? You are limiting them to forcing it into a public giveaway (if they want to participate in contributor giveaways). It would be a terrible idea.

3) You gave away $15 in the 10 months you've been here, you shouldn't be worrying about limits.

Private Giveaways Should Count cos their great for puzzles etc but I agree that people will abuse the system no matter how you change it people will always find a way to abuse the system ! I dont know if he is cheating I will not call out but if you feel it is Leave a ticket for loko to read he will look into it !
