It's like free version of Arma 3, and yes - this is standalone game
- Check your licenses page - find ARGO and delete it (probably u add this game from steam-client, not from their site)
- Try again with bistudio.com
You should get +1 and game shown in Steam library.

No I did get it from the bistudio site and had a third party activation. BIS studio says it is owned already, but I can't find it in my steam library. I already have Arma 3 though, so I am not sure if that affects it.

I can't get it to add is there a trick .I removed . Than went bitstudio I signed in with steam it said already own it but it does not show up in my library??

I've missed this feature. Perfect way of distributing free stuff with significantly reduced risk of greedy people hogging all the keys
