Yes, you have to register in their community and link your Steam account. Then you sumbit the codes into the form which is linked in that posting (every xth submitted code grants a DLC).

Was hoping that kickstarter and sfuff got us away from the super-fragmented pre-order/bonus culture of AAA+ devs (play character creater; dlc. Play mobile app; dlc. Etc. etc.) and everyone would just get the full game.

Будут только 10, которые даются за эти коды. Остальные DLC надо будет брать отдельно (либо в местном аналоге Season Pass)

По платным DLC, пока ещё не ясно что там будет. Мне они обошлись в $20 на Fig, но кодов на их активацию пока не давали (только на базовую игру).

Yesterday was revealed Deadfire Scavenger Hunt: since mid-January, the Deadfire forum community has been tracking random-looking 6-digit codes that Obsidian has inserted into various tweets, gifs, press images, print media, and videos. Now you can help the community finding these codes to grab secret Steam DLC even before game's release :-)
