Would love to see to be able to save any Discussions into a personal (separate) bookmarks category (add to favorites in-site) to find em later at any time (when you are logged in).

It could be at the left side under the "My Discussions" part, named as "Favorites................................no.of.saved.discussions"
And the discussions should have a star icon, what if clicked would save them there.

I'd like and use it too!!
I don't really need this...

I like it, I don't know if I would use it, but I do like the idea.

I found some interesting threads what I'd like to check back later, and it's not too elegant to save em via the browser and organize them there, also it takes some time.

I have such a small attention to forum threads that even if I do find some interest in one. I lose it after just a little while, unless engaging in some sort of discussion, argument, or whatever the subject matter may be. I do like your idea and reasoning why having it would be beneficial.

I usually just open like 50 tabs and keep them up until I decide to cleanup when firefox starts taking up too many resources.

Me too, except I use Chrome. And its more like 10-15 tabs. And I start closing them when the game I'm playing starts to slow down.
So maybe not so similar but sort of kind of yes?

I used to do like you not long time ago, but not any more. What I noticed firefox is more and more unstable after every update, it's better to keep the tab number low.

Now I prefer saving any sites/pages with dragging them (the icon before the url) with my mouse outside of the browser into a folder on my harddrive (where there are subfolders for the diff categories), that way a link is created automatically. So I can keep em in a browser-independent safe place (the only thing you need to do is to open that folder too when you start the browser).

That would be an interesting idea. One I could see my self using in the future.

Yeah, this forum moves way too fast, lacks an easy way to browse through pages ('1, 2, next, last' doesn't cut it), has no visual indication of in which thread I have posted, nor on which page, uses some kind of Reddit layout that works terribly (in a ten-page thread, someone could post a new post on page three and nobody would notice), and it's just kind of hard to keep track of all the discussions.

Or, I'm just missing something?

it may be a useful feature, for example, for some useful (like SG markup) or interesting threads.

Now if there was only a button to the last page of each post. So I don't have to open the page and go to the last page everytime someone posts something new.
