Unless the 7 days are over, I would say wait until the key shows? The gifter may need a moment to send the key, it happens.
If it's a Steam gift, then wait until the person adds you, accept it and get your gift.

I would say, contact the gifter in the won giveaway to see what happened before marking 'not received' since maybe something went wrong, but that is up to you

Happened to me once. and I too asked here for help. As suggested, I marked as not received, forgot about it, eventually got it after 4 months, and finally marked as received :)

Computer parts tend to die on you randomly, or you could get in an accident, or caught by the police for your crimes and put to jail for 4 months, or you could simply forget you made a giveaway and remember it in 4 months. Place your bets which one was it!

Yup, moved recently, computer died during all that, spent most of the last month with just a phone and consoles myself. Didn't log in on SteamGifts for a while. Stuff happens, and sometimes it changes plans.
