Able to join civ5 giveaways even though I own civ 5.

So I bought civ 5 like a year ago and decided to buy all dlc during the sale and now I found out I could still join all of those giveaways.

Yes I just force synced, I'm still able to join the giveaways.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same problem. I have bought the GOTY version, wich includes all dlcs and still can enter. I thought it was for the GOTY version but it seems that not.

well it actual misses 2 of the current dlcs if u didnt know, jst saying cuz they are a pack now that is also 50% off

Steam doesn't show all the dlc that one person owns. Therefore syncing will not help. Please don't enter even though you can.

I won't enter obviously, I have the games/dlc already, I just thought it was me who had this problem.

It's the case with more games.
If someone goes wrong with this usually a reroll is opted for.
