i get an order confirmation but that's not an invoice. There are no informations about the seller or the buyer. And i want to download and print an invoice.

Did you try opening a support ticket with them? Include your order number and tell them you can't find the invoice link.

well it's late night and tomorow are holidays so i wont get any help in the next few days from them. And its not about the latest order. I cant download any invoice from over 20 orders i have.

they updated the page some time ago so i think this "option" is not there.
can i ask why you need a invoice?

That would be sad. Well nothing special actually wanted to know if there is any chance to buy games there as a company to save some taxes. But for that i need an invoice.

i talked to them. Just it wasn't any big buy just about 20 games so they told me to buy them normal and create maybe a seccond acc to make it faster. But still no answer about the invoice.
