The S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Metro and Fallout games are all dripping with bleak, post-apocalyptic atmosphere.

Lone Survivor, Fable 1-2, DiRT 2, I feel like a real racer when play it.

I feel the atmosphere in games like Don't Starve, Knights and Merchants, Black & White, World of Goo.

You can say all you want about Endless Ocean 2, but it does atmosphere so damn well.

"To the moon" has best atmosphere I've ever seen.

Hmm, Silent Hill 2-3, Dead Space 1-2, Bioshock 1, System Shock 2, Syberia 1-2, Fallout 1-2, Paradise Cracked and The Power of Law, Baldurs Gate 1-2 and Neverwinter Nights and Planescape Torment, Aliens vs Predator 2 (when it was just out and played as a marine, now it's probably a little bit dated, but still nice), Red Faction 1 (when it was just out i loved it). Pretty much in order from the most awesome to a little bit less awesome, probably i missed something.
