Interesting approach to actively build that WL. Personally, I simply add people who I encounter during GAs or on the discussion board who are either exceedengly generous or stand out due to being nice or helpful. ;)

my real sent vs won CV is quite low than yours should be 1.2, but have a bump regardless :D.
