For comparison here are the "Black Friday" offers for the annual Choice membership for EUR for previous years:

2020 - €83 AND a free extra month bonus, so that's €83/13months = €6.40/month (or €6.92 + 1 month free)
2021 - €86, no free extra month = €7.17/month
2022 - €87, no free extra month = €7.25/month
2023 - €93, no free extra month = €7.75/month

Maybe it's a side effect of the EURUSD currency exchange, but slowly but surely the deals are getting worse each year.

True, but these are the people paid upfront and trust HB. Basically less and less appreciation for long-time users, which may just be half a dollar a month, but it's still there.

One or two years ago they had offer 3 or 6 months for low price right before Christmas time, but if user pause - offer voided. So it's roulette which offer to pick (if there will be multiple offers) or will they even provide another offer.

At some point (couple of years ago) I thought that they will add another better offer in December, but I was wrong - so payed full price :/

If I understand correctly, by paying 93€ you have a subscription for 12 months and even if you skip a month this can be replaced by another month without you lose money?

I like to use word "token" (Choice that can be claimed) - so buying annual subscription will grant you 12 tokens and 12 month of benefits.
If you skip the month (you need to do it manually) -> you save 1 token for future Choice and 1 month of subscription, but you'll loose discount (it will be reset to the lowest value).
The last month of annual subscription doesn't have token, since you will use all 12 tokens before the last month of subscription.

Yes, you'll loose discount if only you'll skip a month.
So like some of us do - pause right after Choice reveal (there will be no HB discount after that), wait for good coupon and unpause (claim Choice with coupon) before next Choice starts :) (discount will be back and will progress to the next tier). During the annual subscription HB will not provide to you any coupons to unpause/unskip

Bought it a few hours ago and didn't receive the gift link. Happened again last year. Well, I submitted a ticket. Anyone here with a similar problem? I mean, the support ninjas will get this done asap, but it's still a bit annoying.

I have an active subscription as well. My next billing date is in june 2024. This shouldn't be a problem though as I don't exceed the maximum amount of Choice credits.

Update: Got an answer 2 hours later. Problem solved for me.
