Winner doesn't mark game after 8-9 days

What to do now?

He got the game, he activated the game, he plays the game.
Its been 8-9 days since the GA ended. He doesnt respond to mails and blocked me on steam.

Well, i have so much luck on this page. Almost 1700 entrys 1 win and 0 received. Then i create my own ga and the ppl dont mark the gifts as received. im not gonna create any ga ever again...

Create a support ticket, provide proof that you sent the game - even if support members can check that the guy did redeem the game.

They will - I guess - suspend him and mark the game as received.

edit : don't lose hope, there are a few idiots and greedy bastards out there but most users are genuinely grateful when they win. I'm sure you're gonna have more luck with your future giveaways.

It's always like that with big communities, you have a lot of ungrateful people, but there are also tons of great people here.
I've met my best internet friends in this community and recieved all of my won giveaways so far, don't give up!

lol This is why I started having contribution requirements to enter my giveway better chance to not run into these kind of people....

Why would some jerk do that for no good reason at all all he had to do was go to the page and put yes......... and since you gaveaway a humble bundle link all you have do is give steamgifts the activated url and the proof is going to be right there showing he activate the game.......

I wish steam owned this site so they can have the game removed from his account...
