The SG rules would require disclosure of information.
Alternatively, you might consider discussing with us in a support ticket that the winner's Profile is private and you would like us to check for violations.
If the winner does not want to disclose, it is a simple matter of rerolling the winner.

I use sgtools to check if winners of my GAs recently broke any site rules.
Sometimes I stumble upon people with a private profile.
What's your modus operandi here? Do you politely ask them to unprivate their profile to run a quick check? Is it within their right to refuse?
I always defaulted to delivering the game so far, but I was curious to know what everyone here does.
