Basically either you get tricked into entering your steam info.
Or they got a payload or download on the site with a virus.
Virus itself could range from ransomware to worm to whatever.
In conclusion: bad things.
That being said...I'm surpised to see the domainname being most likely russian as well as the server. Was expecting chinese.

Most likely a scam/Phishing attempt.
Report, delete, block and use common sense concerning dodgy and shady links :-)

Also you should probably censor out the persons name. It could get you banned for calling out. Even though it's a bot.

Someone randomly added me on steam and said :
www.ua9xgl: Hello Mate
www.ua9xgl: your old friend ask you to add him, he got eror when he trying to add you and he ask me to ask you to add him :3
www.ua9xgl: /steamcommumilty.com/profiles/''BEEEEEEEEEP''/ just copy link to your browser and press the button "Add on Steam"
www.ua9xgl: he is waiting for you and spamming to me
The BEEEEEEEEEEEP was a number like an URL of an account from steam...
It says : steamcommumilty, and not steamcommunity
So is this phising or real?
It was obvious that he typed all that in a few seconds and its not answering on messages
And if this isnt phising or real, what is it ?
