Why the name of the steamgifts written on tab says Free Steam Games?

Ikr, it's the same as reddit.

I think giving away free games would hurt the integrity of this site. Its one of the only sites where you can't give away games that are free. Besides that there are several sites that allow you to give away free games, and it would only choke most people's front pages with scores of free games.

It's probably for search engine optimization. People search for "free steam games" and having exactly that as the title on SG's home page makes SG a very relevant. hit.
For me, it's still the 15th hit when I Google [free steam games].

Yeah, it's an odd change. Hope it changes back or to something else.

Everyone can understand what it means, so where's the problem in that? :P It means that you can win steam games for free. Still, it's a bit incorrect, since you can also give away movies and programs, but nevermind. :P

Previously the title is "Steam Giveaways, Trades, and Sales".
Perhaps, the reason is that SteamTrades is now an independent website and the Sales section is gone.
