Dash Fleet has been Greenlit and is now listed in the Steam store.

It says on the bundle page that buyers will receive a steam key when it's available, so they should be added. That said, the ball is on the dev's side to send the keys to Groupees and sometimes (very, very rarely) that promise was not fulfilled, or fulfilled after some Internet drama. Groupees won't send an e-mail when the keys are added, but when you log in, you will have a message in your profile, so it's worth checking the site every now and then.
