Question regarding Uplay keys

Hey everyone,
I've seen somebody doing this sometime ago, but wanted to ask anyway just to be sure...
Is it legit to just drop here on the forums some Uplay keys I do not need?

I didn't really find anywhere where you can create an 'organized' giveaway to Uplay keys such as here on Steamgifts..
And I'd like someone to enjoy those keys which I'll probably never use.

You're free to post them on the forums anywhere you want, you just can't give them away as a regular organized game giveaway.

Just make sure that those are keys you actually don't need, because Ubisoft games on Steam that include them are required to play those games (to also activate those games on Uplay because they need both Uplay+Steam clients to run).

Uhm... What if that's a Uplay key from the latest Ubisoft Humble Bundle, for a game which I've ALREADY purchased on Steam earlier. In that case, I have no need for the additional Uplay key, right?

Yeah, he just means don't give the key you get from the activated game, as you'll need that one, but extra keys you have for that game are fine.
