Tell him to reroll. If he doesn't after one week, mark it as not received and refuse the gift.
Do NOT mark as received unless he provides a key or gift you can redeem. This will be a problem or you.

tell him that he should either give you a gift or key of the game you can redeem, or he should send a support ticket to change/delete the giveaway. anything other than these two options might cause you two trouble.
and of course return the gift/key if you didn't already.

Just like the title says, I won a region restricted game, and when I contacted the guy that started the giveaway, he just wanted to give me the game, and when I told him that it would be better if he redid the giveaway for his region, he just answered with idk.
I'm kinda confused here, I don't really want to get the game I can't redeem, I'd rather someone from the South America got it, as they'd be able to use it.
EDIT: Thanks for the help, contacted giveaway owner, he didn't know about the regional stuff, he's gonna contact support to redo the giveaway, problem solved, yaaay :D
