Just finished Pillar of Community by uploading a video, I guess more than 50,000 already have it since I didn't get any invites. Thought I'd mention this in case anyone else had a glimmer of hope like I did.

P.S. The report user feature is really useful, so many people trying to trade on Steamgifts forum!
