Is it better than F3? I got fed up of Fallout 3 GOTY after a while and never considered buying New Vegas. Should I change my mind? even if I was lvl 7, I wouldn't be entering a Fallout 4 GA as I'm not sure my pc... I guess I should consider it a toaster now, could run it smoothly

I'm calling it now.
At launch FO4 will get rave reviews, huge attention, and the general reaction will be positive. For a few months.
Then people will calm down and start analyzing the game critically, compared to its predecessors and other games. And the game will turn out to be severely lacking. They will probably realize the glorified iPhone case was a bad investment. They will realize it's still bugged up the wazoo. Bethesda will probably pull some really, really stupid shit (Paid Mods Part Deux?).
Meanwhile those of us who have their heads screwed on straight will wait until the mandatory mods come out to fix Bethesda's inevitably broken mess. And probably pay less than the launch day beta testers.
