I hope they get it worked out pretty soon. I'm finished up with my Halloween playlist, have some drive space freed up, and am looking to start something new. I'd sooner fill that space with Vampyr than anything in my Steam backlog.

Nothing for me yet. Emails seem to be coming out in batches. However, some people here may like to know that the code activates an entire month of Access. Meaning no one "lost" these four days of the month. You get 30 days of Access.

Thanks for the info about them sending an email when it goes live for your account, and getting a code to start it off. If it lets me (and i actually get the email), maybe i'll wait until Friday to activate it. That way it'll cover all my holiday weeks coming up for sure. :)

He was talking about a base game that he own before Origin Access, what you own (marked as "Purchased" in the Vault) will ofc stay, what you don't own will be removed after the subscription duration ends.

no i mean if you already have a base game but get the dlc with the origin access , after 30 days you will still have the base game ( since you did but it) but the dlcs are gone ( since you did get them from origin access )

Hey guys, how it works the UPGRADES, i mean i have ME2, Dragon Age Origin and Tiberium Wars, all base games. I upgrade it all and now i have access to the addons and dlcs, Tiberium Wars also granted me more games like Renegade, Generals,etc, etc (all the C&C saga if im not wrong), what happen with the addons and dlc after the 30 days period expired? If i keep installed i will be able to keep playing them?

BTW, there's any backup tool on Origina, like on Steam (my internet connection is awful, so i usually use a laptop to download games in my sister house, made backup and install them later on my desktop pc).

install the game on your pc and let it download about 150mb.
then you close origin and delete the folder of the game, then paste the full game from your sisters laptop and open origin again.
the game should have just a small update and it's ready.

After Origin Access subscription is over the add-ons/dlcs will not be accessible and it actually can miss up your saves (ME games for example saves won't load because you will be missing content used in the save)

Andromeda is an exception because it only has skins. You can continue your save if you buy the standard edition later.

Even ME:A has a -uncommon or even rare- case of Origin Access could miss up the online features if you own standard edition

Yes, I guess you are right, but single player works like a charm (same as AC Odyssey, Ultimate savegame works with the gold edition, without the "unnecessary" deluxe skins). Never tried multiplayer.

Yes, I can confirm that too. Somebody had bought the standard after the Uplay+ free month, and the game required the DLCs.
By the way, my Origin Access subscription is still inactive. I don't have any payment option added, maybe someone could confirm that it is working without it?
