And you expected other statistics from a poor country, which, I remind you, has been at war for eight years? And the war has been there since 2014. I don't even have the opportunity to buy without a region lock. Minimum earnings in Ukraine $200 - 3-4 aaa games. Do you really think that with such salaries someone can maintain good stats?

Took some time to give you a few games (level 5 is advised, but there are a few small exceptions up or down).
