why don't you try to revoke the key? maybe HB support will give you some attention (i never do it, so i dont know if they accept your reason because of scam)

Sorry to hear that but instead of hoping a scammer would have changed for once and actually complete the trade ( which is very very rare case, rare than dota 2 very rare item drops) , you could have used that key for a giveaway.
