What fictional characters did you have crushes on when you were a kid?

Probably any "shy/quiet" type of girl, I have a thing for those.

Back when I was a kid:

Lara Croft
Reiko Nagase
Princess Jasmine from Aladdine

Maybe someone else, but these were top 3 most likely. Well, at least I can still remember them. :)

I'll give you three guesses, and the first two don't count.

As a child? I still get them all the time now. My first as a child was probably Dan Darrett from Pole Position. I also have a life long crush on Wil Wheaton, starting with Star Trek the Next Generation and now just because we have so much in common.

Sherlock Holmes (the book version), Fox Mulder and Dale Cooper. I had a type, I guess :) But that's early teen years, can't really think of anyone before that.

Edit: nope, I remember one, I had a crush on D'Artagnan from silly Russian mini-series when I was maybe 7 :)

I'm too old to remember back that far! Oh wait, I had a huge crush on MacGyver when I was 11 or 12. And super crush on Don Johnson in Miami Vice! I loved that show when I was a kid, even though I really didn't understand what was going on at times, conversations with people (informants?), all I cared about was that everything looked cool and there was some action. Loved his car.

I think I read my first Xmen Comic when I was about 12 - Rogue was flying somewhere and she had that cute yellow spandex and green jacket combo on... That was my first fictional crush.

My first crush might have been Oscar François de Jarjayes, you know, the one from Rose of Versailles ö.ö I've learned everything about the french revolution just because of this Anime ^^" I've loved and admired her.
Afterwards came Haruka Tenoh, the beautiful, strong and fascinating character I loved instantly ^.^ She was, and still is, gorgeous :3
But then I spotted the one crush, that was meant to last: Seiya Kou faints I was so in love Q.Q and to be honest, I still am. I can't even properly explain what it was that swept me off my feet, but he/she captured my heart and until this day, he/she is one of my most beloved characters. If Seiya should ever decide to become real, I'll be dying to date him/her ❤

I'm fairly old so I'm going to have to say, (from the original series, of course), Betty Rubble. There was just something about her that just screamed, "I'm a very, very filthy girl underneath all this politeness and chaste attitude"
