How do I include screenshot in reply to support?

Person didn't redeem my steam code I sent them and after contacting support they wanted screen shot of code. I took screen shot but don't know how to attach to reply. Thanks for your help!

Upload your screenshot to an image site, imgur.com for instance, then post the link to the image in your support ticket.
