there only appear to be 7, right now.

Metro was a THQ freebie a while back, and has been bundled. now that it's back on the giveaway list, people are trying to give away said keys.

You don't have luck?Haven't you won one game already? It is not that easy to win, when so many people enter public giveaways. If you really want to win, you should start donating and join up a private giveaway group to better your odds.
