I used to have some issues with my old AMD 5870 as well, then the fan died and I got an Nvidia GTX760 and have never been happier.

Has this issue been happeneing since day one? If so then it can either be a bad driver or it could be a defective card. It has been known to happen.
What manufacturer is the pc?

When I play any game ( LoL, CSGO...) in few minutes my screen freezes and then in few seconds goes black and then game works again. I have no idea what's going on, so if someone can help me:)
