sending a gift (game) to winner

Hello, im new here but i created 3 gift already and realy dont know how to send them to winners.. I wrote xx forum topics but cant search good answer. How i must do it? Manually via email or automaticcaly via "view created"? Sorry for my poor english and thx for answer!

PS. in steam i havent that game on my bag and when i try send a gift, i can send only cards etc

Hi! When the giveaway is ended, you will get the eMail adress from the winner via steamgifts. You can send the gift then through eMail or directly on Steam. It doesnt matter which way you choose.

uh i have only had a couple of giveaways but i send the key via email (it gives you the winners email) but if its a gift go to their profile and add them as a freinds on steam and gift it that way.

be sure to email them first and wait for a reply from them BEFORE you send the key, or you could be in for a world of hurt lol, if they act like they never got your email but they activate the key or sell it to someone, then you re-roll them and give the next winner a used key. your screwed lol v__v

Wait? So cant you just take a pic that proves that actually u send 'them' key and send to 'steamgifts'? What if you dont have 2 keys?!

If everyone can use your code then there wouldn't be need for this (GA)... Everyone would post thier keys and everyone would use them, you fucking idiot. How can you think that this is how key codes work( that everyone can redeem them).
