Bump for this.

Game has been funded, ending in 48 hours in case anyone is interested in getting the goodies.

It is helpful for me!
Every month I check for good stuff in KS to fund whenever I get my paycheque (provided there isn't a huge Steam sale to splurge on during that month :P)
Currently I got hold of interesting projects via referrals from KS updates of other projects. For instance, I found this tactics project via updates from here. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/opalsquad/mediocre-monster-the-life-of-an-rpg-monster/posts/1546445
I still do hope this thread gets updated once a month.

Another little nudge for the return of Insomnia, as they're looking to gather funds for another push. Already successfully funded once, they're hoping to double up on the polish and inject more content.
As with all returning kickstarters, please please please PLEASE do your own research. Crowdfunding is always a risk, and returning projects can be a red flag or a promising sign. Don't take my word for this (I haven't followed updates closely on this one, trying to avoid spoilers, etc), so please dig into the matter for yourselves if it intrigues you.

Insomnia has just over 2 days remaining, and less than £4k to go!
As always, please read into a project before you buy. While Insomnia seems promising, this is their second campaign to drum up funds to finish their initial pass of game content. That may be a red flag for some, so please do a little of your own digging before you buy in. Crowdfunding is always a risk, no matter how juicy a game appears. Still, it's there if you want to hop on while you can. \:3/

Bump for this.

A very small project asking for a small amount of funding that won't eat too deep a hole into your wallet.
Back a little if you think it's interesting. :D

Done!
...and also a little hopeful. While I think the look of the game and it's mechanics are far too simple, it's cool that someone is doing something with GameMaker : Studio. I'm learning to code in that myself, but I'm hitting a huge wall in the design phase. None can dream up feel like they would lead to anything entertaining. I know that's dumb, because random prototypes are there to just be finished and learned from, but if your most basic mechanics don't seem like they could be built upon to be fun, it feels like everything would be a waste of effort. I look at Lil Tanks and think "I wouldn't even try to make that, I can't see lasting appeal or entertainment value that would really grab you", but... I overthink things a whole bunch. Plus I lack the strength in dialog writing to make something too story oriented. Undertale was awesome and had incredibly simple gameplay, but the music, subtle details and emerging themes were powerful as hell.
I could go back to my unfinished beat em up proto and expand I suppose. Hmm. :3c

Personally, I don't really like this kind of game, but it looks good enough that others might be interested.

I know right? Probably the devil trying to lure us into something, looks too good to be true :D I couldn't resist the urge and just had to throw my money at it. Never Played SotC, but that one is high on my priority list once I get my hands on a PS3 again, and this looks even better.
Fingers crossed they can live up to the expectations (I mean, it's a team of 3. Folks who worked on awesome Games like Titan Quest, yeah, but it will still require a lot of effort and tweaking for them to unleash the whole potential. We'll see in a few years I guess)

Bump, I want Columnae and Prey for the Gods funded. Help to spread the word ;)
For Columnae there's even Greenlight and demo.
And yes, I'm a backer for both :D.

Bump for the addition of Glitched and Lightspeed Frontier. The latter of which has a $5 preorder tier, if you don't mind the cheap and cheerful space combat!
Sadly there aren't many other games in here at the moment.

This game reminds me of the lost vikings. Looks interesting, but I wonder, did they actually seek approval for the actual Devs that they are going to parody on? Hiro Komiya LOL.
And by putting a lot of well-known devs' photo on their page, I kinda feel like they are trying to mislead people into thinking they actually got their support.
I like the game and concept, but I feel skeptical for this project's success.
"Fair use" is a grey area, when used for commercial purpose it isn't always a good argument. I think I shall wait until they get at least one of the dev's blessing, or if I got nowhere else to spend my money on this month. :P
Thanks for sharing btw.

Honesty I would have not posted anywhere about this game if it wasn't for this post.
I usually come here from time to time to see if there's something new, but I browse both your updates and latest comments.
I'd like to see this thread open in the future, but rather than having a guy update it every single time (I was in a group in which I decided to update a thread about free games. Soon I grew bored of doing that, so I know how you feel) I'd say it should be ok if you write a huge "NOT GONNA UPDATE ANYMORE, READ THE COMMENTS TO KNOW THE NEWS" at the beginning.
It's a noble cause to gather all the interesting crowdfunding games on one page, until it becomes a burden...
If you are ok about receiving comments about this thread from time to time in your inbox, I'd say leave it open and write you are not going to update it anymore. Otherwise, just reply to me and I will open up a thread with about the same title so that people will be able to share the projects they are passionate about, even if no one will link them to the original post.
I think everyone in this thread appreciates your work as much as I do, but you don't have to make it hard for you and carry it on your shoulders!
Threads like these are why crowdfunding projects are so successful and why we keep getting interesting (even if sometimes catastrophic) games out of them.

To be honest I never got the impression it got much interest beyond a few folks who contributed things they found. There was no discussion therefore very few bumps, and I figured that equated to next to zero exposure to the contributions, y'know?
Still, thanks for your consideration. I'll take your advice and leave the thread to float on whatever interest it might generate. If it dies like this, then maybe that'll be for the best. I feel a little guilty replying now almost a month later due to my absence on the site, but I hate leaving people high and dry when they try to talk to me :P

I'm terrible at bumping things, but I still have this in one of my bookmark folders and check it from time to time to see if anyone's posted a new link. Very glad you're not closing the thread, but I do wish more people would visit and post!

To be honest it's the first time I enter this post... Or at least the first time i remember it. It's been a surprise to see Wasteland 3 , so thanks for posting. I had no idea about a third part and I like wasteland and fallout universe and postapocaiptic scifi

For new crowdfund projects, please refer to the latest in the comment section!
The thread opener is currently in 'zombie mode' and almost never updates, sorry!
This thread is for currently running videogame crowdfund projects, because nothing sucks more than hearing of a game AFTER it finished funding, when you missed the bonus goodies and discounts. Feel free to discuss anything related to keep the thread bumped so that your favourite projects get more exposure! Suggest any projects you think deserve a mention. The post-crowdfund thread has been retired due to the sheer size, sorry!
