Yes, it is quite hard! There are many knife only runs out there. In fact, I did one myself, but with a twist. It's a eggs and knife only run. Which means I used only eggs and knife to beat the entire game (I used an inventory editor to give me 999 eggs). If you're interested in more re4 challenge runs, I also did a no knife, no merchant, 100% hit ratio run. This one was tough, let me tell you. But a lot of fun. I wish there were more cool challenges for me to do in re4, but these two runs were the only good ones I could think of no one had done before. My only regret is that when I recorded the eggs and knife run, I had a terrible pc and so the recording is far from great quality. But it's watchable, at least.
