How long is processing support ticket?

Remove the user link and the proof ASAP, or you're going to find that support is going to do their work on you rather than the person intended.
To answer your question, it can take ages.

While it's very annoying and douchey what happened to you- calling out other users on the forums isn't allowed, so I'd close or edit the thread. And I don't think anyone can really answer your question as it depends. The mods are busy and there's a lot of tickets for them to go through. I'm sure they'll get around to it though, needn't worry. Afaik it's usually not more than 1 month.

Have you posted comments on the ticket? If so that could be why.. when you comment on a ticket it moves it back to the beginning of the queue like it's a brand new ticket.
