Between half an hour to half a year. If it is important, bump the ticket.

There's only one mod that handles SteamTrade rep issues, and they easily get lost in the shuffle. I created a thread on the SGv2 beta asking for suggestions about how these situations can be reduced or the system can be improved; hopefully I get more feedback on that during the next open beta.

Well, you see, it started out really low but every time a thread asking how long it takes is made the time it takes for support to respond grows exponentially.

After my support request, I always leave a small poem to show my appreciation.

Last one I did was resolved in no time at all with this little thoughtful rhyme.
