You level up by giving away games. Read the FAQ for details, but the basics is:
You get as much "experience" from a game as its value in the US steam store ($50 game= 50 contributor value (experience))
Games that have been bundled, or seen really high discounts are marked with an asterisk ( * ) and only give 15% of their value
Games with two asterisks have been given out for free and give no contributor value.
Things needs to be changed manually for when a game is considered "bundled" or free, so there might be a delay, thus if you give away a game that's added to a bundle now, it might not be listed as such on this site until after a little while. So keep an eye out for that.

I might an to dumb to figure this out myself so I'm asking people who know more about it.
How do you level up on SteamGifts?
I assume to get a bigger game inventory value but i don't know it really.
