like a a basic idea on how to solve them as i looked at answerd puzles i realy stil cant see it

For puzzles that ask for a five character code, they're talking about what you see in the URL. For example, the current head giveaway is this: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/**lqrlL**/counter-strike-global-offensive You need to answer the questions and find out the code for the private giveaway that code belongs to. Most will give a key, such as xxX#x, where x is a lower case letter, X is CAPITALS and # is a number.

As for other puzzles, there's way too many variations to mention all of them, so I won't. They generally give the hints that are needed though.

I have no idea. Why not search for finished puzzles and learn something from it? Still, the puzzles keep getting more original and more twisted and you'll need to keep updated.
