The game is pay-what-you-want right now at IndieGameStand. I thought I'd mention it because it looks pretty cool, haven't tried myself yet though.
If you pay minimum 1$ you'll get a Steam key if the game gets Greenlit.

btw: the game was part of the Indie Royale Mighty Bundle (April 2013) - but I'm not sure if buyers were promised Steam keys once the game gets greenlit.
